PRIBL has unveiled the foundational pillars for its upcoming Summer Programs
Juan Berger, the Director of Baseball Operations, revealed the core training elements for the PRIBL Summer Camp. As a certified NPA (National Pitching Association) Coach trained under Tom House, Berger brings a wealth of expertise to the camp, particularly in the pitching program. The camp is designed to include baseball games and comprehensive training sessions focused on crucial aspects of nurturing young athletes.
The training regimen will center on the following key areas:
- Biomechanics
- Arm Care
- Recovery
- Strength and Mobility
- Position-Specific Training
- Situational Plays
Beyond these aspects, the camp will assist athletes in creating their profiles on an online platform to facilitate their recruiting to collegiate levels. This comprehensive approach aims to equip young athletes with the essential skills and support necessary for advancing in their baseball careers.
"We are confident that our program will steer all athletes in the right direction for their baseball careers. Implementing new protocols in the camp will significantly enhance preparation," explained Berger.
The Coaching Staff for the 2024 PRIBL camps will be announced in the coming weeks. "We believe in teamwork, and our staff will be meticulously selected to comprise expert professionals in their respective fields, offering a top-notch camp experience for all attending athletes next summer."
