Airport Transportation & Player Arrival Logistics

Transportation Overview

Players are responsible for booking their flight and completing the Player Travel Questionnaire.

PRIBL assists with coordinating transportation through trusted local providers. Transportation is not included in the program cost and must be paid directly to the provider.

👉 Players must complete all 3 steps to ensure proper pickup coordination.

✈️ Before Takeoff

Send a text message:

"My name is [Full Name]. I am on the plane, and my flight is on time."

🛬 Upon Landing

Send a text message:

"My name is [Full Name]. Just landed."

📍 At Meeting Point

Go to:

Column 8 – Arrivals Area
(In front of the rental car area)

Then send a text message:

"My name is [Full Name]. I am at the meeting point."

📍 Meeting Point Instructions (Players & Parents)

👉 This is the designated and monitored pickup location for all players.

All players must go to:

Column 8 – Arrivals Area
(In front of the rental car area)

Pickups take place outside the baggage claim area, in the arrivals pickup lanes (curbside).
Drivers will meet players directly at Column 8.

Arrival Coordination

Players will receive their assigned pickup time prior to travel.

Any flight delays, changes, or cancellations must be reported immediately via text message to:

Recommended Airports

Aguadilla (BQN) – 45 minutes to 1 hour
San Juan (SJU) – 2.5 to 3 hours

We recommend flying into BQN for the most convenient travel experience.

Estimated Transportation Costs

SJU:
$100 each way
$200 for pickups after 5:00 PM

BQN:
$50 each way
$100 for pickups after 8:00 PM

Rates are estimates and may vary depending on timing and availability.

Departure

Players will receive departure instructions prior to the end of the program. PRIBL assists with coordination to ensure an organized and smooth departure process.

Note for Parents

Players follow a structured arrival process with required real-time communication to ensure a safe and organized transition from the airport to housing. This system allows our team to monitor each player’s arrival and provide assistance when needed.
